The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, close to restaurants and bars. It is also near all the main points of interest in the city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with minimalist decor and refined details. The bathrooms are particularly interesting, reminiscent of Roman baths. The staff at reception are helpful and provide recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants.
The room service and breakfast service could use improvement. Glasses were not always cleaned, trash was sometimes not taken out, and the floors seemed neglected during guests' stays.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a stunning room in a historical building. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main square, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Menu for breakfast could have more options to choose from.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely stunning. The ancient monastery has been restored to maintain its original beauty, with frescoed ceilings and mosaic floors that take you back in time. The hall of music, with its pink shades, was particularly enchanting. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be excellent. It was located just a few steps away from the wonderful Piazza Salandra, making it easy for me to explore the beautiful monuments and churches in the Baroque style.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is more attentive and considerate service from the children working there. While some staff members were friendly, there were instances where the reception was closed and we were not able to check in early.

The medieval halls with high vaults adorned by baroque sculptures are like stepping into a magnificent art gallery, where history comes alive through the works of Giovanni Maria Tarantino.
Poor management.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The building, a former Palazzo-turned-monastery, has been beautifully restored with attention to detail. Our room was spacious, bright, and had a lovely terrace. The staff, especially Sara, were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfasts were amazing, with freshly cooked egg dishes, delicious cakes, and fruit salad. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main square and in a strategic position for visiting nearby beaches. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing that we didn't like! 😊

Spent Xmas at a stunning boutique hotel in a beautiful historic town. Loved the luxurious decor and charming mix of classical and modern touches. The high curved ceilings and refined details in the executive room were impressive. The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided helpful hints on exploring the town. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to visit local attractions. the breakfast selection was tasty and served on a lovely terrace.
The lack of clear directions for parking was frustrating. It took some time and effort to find a suitable parking spot outside the town.

I recently stayed at a stunning monastery in the center of town. The building has been beautifully restored, maintaining its original charm. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with private terraces or balconies. The bed was the best I've ever slept in outside of my own home, with exceptional comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the facility itself was absolutely stunning.

The Deluxe apartment with Shared Pool-Separate Building at Relais Monastero Santa Teresa was absolutely amazing! The spacious living room and separate bedroom provided ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the free toiletries were a great addition. the room was perfect for someone like me who enjoys comfort and luxury during their travels.
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the Junior Suite with Shared Pool-Separate Building to be a bit too cold for my liking. However, I understand that others may appreciate a cooler room, so this is just my personal preference.

As a senior woman, I was delighted by the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. The interior design showcased a blend of classical and modern elements, creating a charming and elegant atmosphere. The general areas were accessible and easy to navigate, making it convenient for senior guests like myself.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation better for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance with carrying luggage.
